Advantages of producing with US facilities
- Fabric made in the USA in our own facility — 4-week lead time with quality control
- Heavy fleece: 3-end 400 gsm and 500 gsm; 260 gsm for PFD garment dye and garnishments
- Polyester and synthetic-blend knitted fabric is stronger out of LA than Guatemala / Mexico
- Pay duty only on cut-and-make (CM): no duty on US-made fabric with imported yarn; fabric cut and sewn in Mexico and CAFTA countries pays duty only on CM (Partial CAFTA / USMCA)
- Bonded warehousing available for fast DC delivery
